the delivery was correct. The watch could only be charged and put into operation once The next day I couldn't turn the watch on, even trying to charge it again didn't help. I want to return the watch. How is the further way of acting? I have to add to my assessment Contact or complaints are VERY difficult, contact is not possible by phone, writing by e-mail usually remains unanswered. i.e. the good words about complaints are not necessarily to be trusted.
Watch was fully charging today, but after half day battery was down 40%, absolutly bad, watch became rinnig itself, i made video from phone wich number is rinning. Anyway something wrong with watch. For this price it absolutly unacceptibale.
I ordered two of these and two of them broke in the same way, the screen went black, first with one without going back and with the second one the same after a slight impact. One fell off my bedside table, and the other one I hit my hand while I was sleeping and it doesn't work anymore.
Goods delivered ahead of time, well protected. The watch looks very nice, no problems with synchronization with the iPhone (iOS 16). Now just to test how long the battery lasts :)
