bought for stretching. the non-slip bottom does the job on the "plasticized" floor of the gym, but it still slips a little on my gym mat (but it is covered by a thin fabric that is quite slippery, it will surely slip less on a classic mat foam). only downside, I find that the non-slip writing under the foot is unpleasant when you are on hard ground, you feel all the relief. no pb when you're on the softer carpet

Well arrived today happy with my purchase. Thanks to the seller and to joom, top color, good ground support thanks to its studs under the sock, have them in all colors.
