This medical tape is of very good quality. It supports the knee (the purpose I bought it for) very well. It sticks good and it holds on for 4 to 6 days. I've tried even to shower as it was on my knee and we'll, it gets wet:-) but doesn't get off. So if you are a swimmer, you can use it when swimming. There is something you should pay attention though: someone may have allergies (you should apply a tiny piece of tape around your elbow and see if you don't have any allergies). This can stick to the skin and hairs on my legs as I got the tape to try and help with the pain of athritis in both of my knees.. Removing it is nothing compared to my athritis. The tape is OK for me
