An excellent communication-focused Korean textbook newly developed by the Ewha Womans University Language Education Center! The “New Ewha Korean” series is a communication-centered Korean language textbook newly developed by the Ewha Womans University Language Education Center, which is leading Korean language education, and consists of textbooks and workbooks from Level 1 to Level 6. “New Ewha Korean Workbook 1-2” is an exercise book for checking and internalizing the contents of the textbook, and is designed to enable various usage exercises based on the vocabulary, expressions, grammar, listening, speaking, reading, and writing covered in the textbook. Various exercises focusing on accuracy and fluency are provided to promote learners' ability to use grammar and communication at the same time. In particular, speaking is presented along with speech bubbles so that they can actually structure conversations, and writing aims to improve discourse composition skills by making them write subject-oriented paragraphs. Also, in order to resolve learners' questions that may arise during individual studies, the appendix contains grammar explanations for each lesson in 4 languages: English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese.
