The positive is that it is light and cordless (it gives the impression of being a toy) and the negative is that in terms of performance it is not as good as a real vacuum cleaner. It's really an occasional vacuum cleaner because it doesn't suck as well in terms of power. Where it sucks, the hole is really not wide and long enough. Has been redeveloped I think
As always, don't answer until the warranty expires. I have sent you photos of the damaged package. Now you say the warranty has expired. You and customer service have expired. This vacuum cleaner is amazing!! It is lightweight and rechargeable, so it doesn’t require a cord around the house, which is perfect to clean spaces without an outlet nearby. It comes with a usb and other little attachable parts for cleaning smaller spaces (inbetween couches etc) One of the best purchases I have made👍✨✨
To be honest I didn't expect it to be so good, it vacuums very well, I used it for almost a month before leaving a review, I wanted to see how it would handle. It handles great. + we also use it in the car, it runs on battery, it doesn't drain quickly, we have enough to vacuum the whole house
