The needles were really not good quality. The thread kept shredding. I reported the problem to Joom and they refunded my money in full within 24 hours. I didn't even have to go to the trouble of returning the needles! I am so happy with this company and will continue to order from them without reservation.

Goods do not correspond to what I ordered because I received the same set 3 times, although I had ordered 3 different sizes. After contacting customer service I got my money back for the wrong item. Changed "post-processing of my rating" to 5 stars for this alone.

Small sewing needles with an opening on the side to thread the thread, very practical. Unfortunately, they are a bit too short for me and therefore difficult to hold and too thick, leaving larger holes than my "normal needles", too bad.
