Line 4: Yellow is the voltage display line, which is connected with the positive pole of the electric bicycle power supply.
Line 5: blue line is connected to the power lock output line of the controller, and yellow line is connected to the power positive pole of the input line of the electrical switch of the controller.
The 6-wire yellow is connected to the positive pole of the power supply, and the blue wire is connected to the white, which is a function wire (which can be used as reverse switch, horn switch, cruise switch, power lock, etc.)
Line 7: Yellow is connected to the positive pole of power supply, blue is shared line, mid-range is 3rd gear, white is high-grade and brown is low-grade.

For this display, the battery is measured by voltage. The throttle valve can be used for any electric bicycle below 84v, including lead-acid battery, lithium battery, water battery, dry battery, etc. The throttle valve has the function of automatically identifying voltage. Due to the difference of battery materials, battery conditions (old and new) and controller data, the battery voltage reaction will be different, so the following data will be deviated. Please check your battery for battery data.

For 12v electric bicycles, the maximum voltage is about 12.6v, and the minimum voltage is about 9v or higher.
For 24 electric bicycles, the maximum voltage is about 29.4v and the minimum voltage is about 21v.
For 36v electric bicycles, the maximum voltage is about 42v, and the minimum voltage is about 29v or higher.
For 48v electric bicycles, the maximum voltage is about 54.6v/58.8v, and the minimum voltage is about 40v or higher.
For 60v electric bicycles, the maximum voltage is about 72v, and the minimum voltage is about 49v or higher.
For a 72v electric bicycle, the maximum voltage is about 84v, and the minimum voltage is about 60v or higher.
For other electric bicycles with higher voltage, a voltmeter should be installed.
