【Voltage Compatibility】
When using electrical appliances, please note that they are designed for Japanese voltage specifications (90-110V), so if you use them with a different voltage, it may cause a malfunction.
【Plug Type】
Our products use Japanese plug types (A or B type).
Please use a conversion adapter if necessary.
【Important Note on Transformers and Adapters】
A transformer adjusts voltage to match your device’s requirements.
A conversion adapter only changes the plug shape and does not adjust voltage.
Using only a conversion adapter without a transformer may result in damage to the product.
【Liability】
We are not responsible for malfunctions or damages caused by improper use, such as operating the product without a transformer.
[Lightweight and compact storage] Can be stored more compactly than regular hot carpets. Since no adhesive is used in the main body of the hot carpet, it is very light, the heating wires do not stick, and the structure is extremely resistant to bending.
[Includes dust mite extermination function] Equipped with a mite extermination function that is compatible with indoor dust mites. Dust mites can be removed by turning the switch on "high" for 40 minutes and vacuuming thoroughly. It is easy to remove without folding or rolling up the hot carpet.
[Easy to operate] The controller is easy to operate, allowing you to adjust the temperature just by sliding it, so even those who are not good with machines can rest assured.
[Safe and secure, made in Japan] This hot carpet is made in Japan, and is developed and manufactured with safety and security in mind first. We have also obtained the S certification mark for safety.
[High safety] All LIFEJOY electric mats have obtained the S mark (a third-party certification system for the safety of electrical products). Product testing and regular factory inspections are conducted by a third-party certification body.
[Tips for long life] If you use a special carpet rug (CR15AT) on top of this product and a special insulation sheet (DM151) underneath, the electric carpet will last a long time. This will reduce the temperature difference between the carpet itself and put less stress on the heating wires. Another trick to making it less likely to break is to not place something that only partially covers it, such as a cushion. Please see the instruction manual for details.
[If it does not heat up] If the floor is very cold, the hot carpet may not heat up. In that case, place a heat insulating sheet (sold separately) between the floor and the main unit to keep it warm. Using insulation sheets not only keeps you warm, but also saves on electricity bills.
