Our products use Japanese plug types (A or B type).
Please use a conversion adapter if necessary.

A transformer adjusts voltage to match your device’s requirements.
A conversion adapter only changes the plug shape and does not adjust voltage.
Using only a conversion adapter without a transformer may result in damage to the product.

[High safety] All LIFEJOY hot carpets have obtained the S mark. S Mark is a third-party certification system for the safety of electrical products. Product testing and factory quality control inspections are conducted by a third-party certification body.
[With dust mite extermination function] Equipped with a mite extermination function that is compatible with indoor dust mites. Dust mites can be removed by turning the switch on "high" for 40 minutes and vacuuming thoroughly. It is easy to remove without folding or rolling up the hot carpet.
[Lightweight and compact storage] Can be stored more compactly than regular hot carpets. Since no adhesive is used in the main body of the hot carpet, it is very light, the heating wires do not stick, and the structure is extremely resistant to bending.
[With timer] Comes with an 8-hour off timer. Even if you leave the power on, it will automatically turn off after 8 hours, so you don't have to worry if you forget to turn it on.
[About the "clicking" sound] There is a "clicking" sound coming from the controller, but it is the operating sound of the temperature control mechanism. It will operate for about 1 to 2 minutes to prevent it from getting too warm or too cold. This is not a malfunction.
