I ordered 2 identical tweezers at the same price (only a few cents difference). Unfortunately, both arrived in the same collective package. The difference in quality is gigantic. One of good quality, fits well in the hand, thicker, ergonomic and great. The second one, the packaging of which is included in the photos with the details of the sender of the parcel (unfortunately, I did not find an identical sender in the orders, so please contact Joom or sellers to correct the rating!) is of terrible quality, bends under any pressure, soft, difficult to grab and hold something her. Please contact both sellers or Joom support.

I ordered 2. One is OK, . The other poor quality. The tips different from the good one and they don't close together. I need them for delicate work and I need that both tips come together. These don't. I would like a refund please

This is good one I thought it would be a plastic but when I got it I was surprised because it was made of metal

The quality is good, be careful when putting on the silicone case so as not to hurt yourself.
