So of course it's not regulated in France regarding car transport because we have standards. But as in the image it can be suitable for transport by bike with some DIY. And if I go to a country with lax regulations I might also transport it. Afterwards to do with time and its solidity. I just hope it lasts a while. It is very nice but the security anchors leave a lot to be desired... it does not have the security that is needed for this type of thing, otherwise everything is fine.
