This is described as a facial hair remover, it's a load of rubbish, it dose not remove anything at all, waist of money, do not buy this item, I'm extremely disappointed with this item. JUST A PILE OF PLASTIC CRAP.

No, but I'm in the middle of a nightmare there, on already 3 orders, it's the 2nd one that doesn't work. Take back your articles if necessary, but I want "compliant articles, which WORK!!! I WANT TO BE REFUNDED

I have used this item on my face and chin, but it does NOT take off all the hairs not even very fine ones, I am not happy
